About the role
The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Manager to drive the catering forward to strive for the very best for the school
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, vision, resilience and strong interpersonal skills to join the team. This role will be working closely with the catering team at the school along with the operations manager to ensure that the day-to day catering and hospitality is delivered to a high standard. You will be experienced in a similar role. Whilst ensuring all catering operations are executed well, you will also be able to manage the financial budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
- Train and supervise all kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, presentation and taste
