Hours: Full-time/ Part-time Salary: PO3 Sp 5-6 (£23,677 - £24,100 pro-rata Term Time Only)

Scale 3 Sp.5-6: (£23,677 – £24,100 pro-rata term time only)

(Initially fixed term to 31st December 2022)

Hampstead Parochial is a delightful one form entry Church of England School in the heart of Hampstead.

We are looking to appoint a new Receptionist / Admin assistant for January 2022. This is initially a 1 year fixed term post and will provide excellent development opportunities for candidates looking for experience working in schools. We require a very hard working individual to work under the direction of the Senior Administration Officer and School Business Manager

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Ability to organise workload methodically and prioritise work on own initiative whilst under pressure • To have a flexible, positive and proactive attitude combined with a good sense of humour • Ability to work in a team and make a positive contribution to raising standards
