The School Business Manager plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day life of Brookfield, helping to ensure our school runs smoothly, safely and effectively for everyone in our community. Working at the heart of the school, they oversee financial, administrative and operational aspects, including managing budgets, resources and procurement, leading administrative systems and staff, and ensuring the school meets relevant policies and regulations. They may also support premises management, health and safety, and strategic planning. In doing so, the School Business Manager helps create a welcoming, well-organised environment where children and families are at the centre of all we do.
Salary range P03 – P04 (£49,365 – £54,360 p/a pro rata)
Term time only + 4 weeks actual salary for 43 weeks p/a £46,497 – £52,741
