We are pleased to be able to offer three headteacher coaching sessions per year to all Camden headteachers as part of the Camden Learning subscription offer. New headteachers or Heads of School are able to access six coaching sessions for the next academic year. Our Headteacher Coaching Pool  offers a selection of coaches with experience of the challenges of leading schools, and expertise in different areas.

Headteachers who accessed the coaching last year fed back that it:

• Increased confidence in their leadership abilities
• Helped them to achieve their personal and professional goals
• Improved their decision-making process
• Improved ability to manage conflict improved
• Had a positive impact on the organisational culture in their schools.

I have benefitted so much from my headteacher coaching this year.  Headship can feel quite isolating at times, and being able to talk to someone on a termly basis and get guidance about my own personal goals and objectives has been really valuable.  I will be booking more for next year as I find the support so helpful.
