Headteacher Coaching

We know that professional coaching deepens leadership knowledge, skills and practice and develops leaders’ problem solving and resilience. Coaches will ask questions that offer different perspectives and a valuable opportunity to reflect on leadership approaches. Everything discussed is confidential and designed to maximise personal performance.

We believe in the transformational impact of coaching. Given the significant challenges and pressures that Headteachers continue to be under, we will provide access to three coaching sessions per year as part of our membership offer to all Headteachers of Camden Schools. A charge is made for any additional sessions over and above these three sessions.
