About T-Levels
One T-Level is equivalent to three A levels. They offer an alternative to A levels and apprenticeships, providing young people with the technical and practical skills needed to excel in the workplace. T-Level students can progress to university, take on higher apprenticeships, or launch their careers directly.
The Media, Broadcast, and Production T-Level at LaSWAP aims to bridge the gap between training and the workplace. The curriculum is designed to provide industry-led knowledge and skills through state-of-the-art equipment, resources, placements, networking, and clear career planning.

Purpose and Intention of the Industry Standard Studio and Equipment
The ethos of the T-Level is to create a learning environment that reflects professional practice. The addition of a Media Broadcast Studio Suite enables the development and application of knowledge and skills specific to performance outcomes. The studio supports occupational specialism in Content Creation and Production, delivering practical skills development through project-led components. This industry-standard space allows students to work in various fields, including visual effects, digital, audiovisual, and print. It provides an environment for student-generated production in TV and film, print, web, digital production, audio production, and animation.
